How can you charge only 1% in processing fees?

Our method of accepting payments is bank-to-bank, which you may know as ACH or EFT. Since we are not reliant on the credit card network, we are able to charge 1% fees as opposed to the 2.9+% processing fees credit card companies charge.

Is Roket a secure payment method?

Roket uses industry-leading financial services that are themselves secure data transfer networks. These financial services link your business's bank account to automatically receive payments from your customers' bank account directly.

This direct linking means that Roket does not hold any funds or know any party's log-in credentials for their banking information or accounts.

How can an ecommerce store owner or merchant integrate with Roket to accept bank-to-bank payments?

Roket integrates with Shopify and plans to expand to WooCommerce, Wix, and custom ecommerce stores. For the ecommerce platforms with marketplaces, Roket is an application that can be integrated as easily as other payments solutions.

What banks does Roket accept?

Roket accepts all major banks in the United States and Canada.

How can online shoppers get one-click payments with Roket?

Once you log-in to your bank to create a connection, you do not need to enter your credentials again. This ensures you can access one-click bank-to-bank payments on any store that is using Roket.
